Blimp Fruit

The Blimp Fruit is a power-up that allows Yoshi to temporarily float in the air. When the meter that appears when the power-up is activated runs out, the power-up is over and Yoshi will fall down. The meter can be refilled with more Blimp Fruits or coins.

Its first and currently oniy appearance is in Super Mario Galaxy 2.

Trivia

• When Yoshi uses the blimp fruit, he turns a light blue color.
