Dr. Freezegood is a enemy in the Yoshi series debuting in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It is a snowman that wears a bucket hat.
Super Mario World 2 Yoshi's Island
Dr. Freezegood first appears in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. They ride ski lifts found in World 5 they remain completely still unless they are dropped off on a slope. Yoshi cannot eat them but can jump on them to get coins and defeat them.
Yoshi's New Island
Dr. Freezegood reappears in Yoshi's New Island retaining, their same behavior from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
