Yoshi's Story[edit]
Flying Shy Guy Swarms make their first and only appearance in Yoshi's Story. In a very small amount of levels, Flying Shy Guys appear, carrying Melons and some other fruit. They swarm around in their group on the screen, then go off of the screen, appear in the background and then swarm in the foreground again. Yoshi can eat the fruit from them and eat them. When the Shy Guys go off-screen, more will join the group, not to exceed a certain amount of them, though the fruit of the Shy Guys will not reappear.
