Lemmy is one of the seven Koopalings Bowser has. He also is the second oldest one, and the smallest one. He is skilled with pipes and circus balls.

Super Mario World

In Super Mario World, he has battled in pipes, which makes him very quick in them. He is the boss of Vanilla Dome.

Yoshi's Safari

In Yoshi's Safari, he is seen in a Koopa Clown Car, like-robot. After Mario defeats him with Yoshi, his robot starts to explode, flinging him.

Trivia

In the cartoon his name is Hip and his best friend is Hop (Iggy Koopa).
