Mega Lantern Ghost is an enemy in Yoshi's New Island. It is a gigantic Lantern Ghost that only appears in the level Bandit Valley. If Yoshi touches it from the sides he will take damage, but if he jumps on it he will bounce off of it. Like the Mega Guy swallowing it, will turn it into a Mega Eggdozer.
