The Piranha Sprout is a enemy in Yoshi's Story. They are Piranha Plants that can walk via green leaves that resemble feet.

Piranha Sprout first appears in Yoshi's Story. They are only found in in the level Piranha Grove. Their walk is extremely limited to short waddles like Piranha Pest. They can shrink Yoshi once he is spat out by the Piranha Sprout. They can only be defeated by having an egg thrown at them.
