Tap-Tap the Golden

Tap-Tap the Golden is a mini-boss that is found in the game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. He can be defeated the same way as Tap-Tap the Red Nose. Yoshi has to throw him to the lava with eggs. If it is hit in a bottomless pit, it will come back, so it is a must for Yoshi to throw him in lava. There is a similar enemy to him in the game Yoshi's Island DS called Super Big Tap-Taps. Tap-Tap the Golden may possibly be Tap-Tap the Red Nose resurrected, because Nintendo's guide for the game said that "Tap-Tap the Golden is back", so this might be true or it is an error.

Trivia

• The original game had the Big Boss theme, but in Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3 the song is In Front of the Boss's Room theme.
