Aqua Lakitu is a subspecies of Lakitu whom appears in the Yoshi (series). They are the water equivalent to Wall Lakitus. Aqua Lakitu notably has snorkel gear on.

Aqua Lakitu first appears in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

In the game, Aqua Lakitus dwell underwater and wait for Yoshi to come so they can throw a Spiny Egg. They hide underwater to conceal themselves. Once they come out, Yoshi has the capabilities of defeating the foe.
