Flightless Skeleton Goonies are Skeleton Goonies whom lack wings. They appear as enemies in the Yoshi (series).

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island

Flightless Skeleton Goonie first appears in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

In this game, they simply walk in a quick speed and are similar to a Goomba, as both just walk forward in a single direction or bump the other way if bumping into something. They cannot be reformed once jumped on. They do, however, reform when Yoshi goes a long distance away from it and goes back to the same area. They are formed once a Skeleton Goonie loses its wings.

Yoshi's Island DS

Flightless Skeleton Goonies reappear in Yoshi's Island DS. They act the same in this game as they do in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. They also appear very commonly in the second half of World 5.
